Lately I have been looking at the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) organizations that "say" you can generate income operating at house while developing "teams" of individuals.
These organizations provide their items, in some situations actual items and in some situations permits to provide (or give free) the item on a way in with each "distributor" has to make a team by "recruiting" 2 or more individuals, those who joined with as "distributors" have themselves to the same, thus developing different stages.
From here on, I am going to make some obvious presumptions to describe the mathematical behind the program. These are going to be my presumptions, I just want to make sure they are obvious an start, as not to misinform anyone.
1. Each supplier will have a 10% item sales amount, in other terms, 1 on 10 individuals will indication as distributor
2. Each supplier will have 5 individuals on their team, this is to make sure the mathematical is simple
Done!! Those are my primary two presumptions.

Level 1 - 1 (me) 50 - I have requested them to be a part of, only 10% (1 in 10) did so
Level 2 - 5 (my team) 250 - Each participant requested 50 individuals (50 x 5) to be a part of, again 10% did so
Level 3 - 25 (5 x 5) 1,250 - Each participant requested 50 individuals (50 x 25) to be a part of, again 10% did so
Level 4 - 125 (25x5) 6,250 - Each participant requested 50 individuals (50 x 125) to be a part of, again 10% did so
Total - 156 on my team, 7,800 - Were requested to joined
IMPORTANT: If the item sales amount 1/2 to just 5%, the individuals approached would have to dual to over 15,000
The first issue is the number of individuals you have to contact; in just 3 stages, you have get in touch with each personal in the suburbs, the further down the stages, the more individuals you have to get in touch with. By the next stage the team would have to get in touch with over 30,000 individuals to get the figures. The second (and most important!!) issue is situated with "distributors" on nearby stages (Level 1 and Level 2, Level 2 and Level 3 and so on). As a revealing "distributor", I will always ask loved ones to be a part of on this new "business" where cash can be created from house.
